  • Do I need experience to break into Customer Success?

    No. Many successful CSMs come from support, sales, consulting, hospitality, teaching, and other backgrounds. What matters is transferable skills like relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed. That's exactly what we help you position in your resume and interviews.

  • What does 'Personal Introductions' actually mean?

    It means I personally email or message a CS hiring manager in my network on your behalf, recommending you for a specific role. You skip the ATS, skip the job board, and go directly to the decision-maker. Most of these roles are never publicly advertised.

  • I can't afford the upfront cost. What are my options?

    I've designed pricing so money is never the reason you miss out. Start with a single $150 session - no commitment. For packages, you can split payments into 3 monthly instalments, or apply for the Pay-When-Hired model where you only pay $500 upfront and the rest after you land a role. If you go with our session session, we'll refund it back if you upgrade to our other tiers.

  • How does Pay when hired work exactly?

    You pay $500 upfront, which covers your coaching sessions. When you land a CS role, you pay a success fee of 3% of your first-year base salary (capped at $2,000). If you don't land a role within 6 months, the success fee is waived entirely - you only owe what you already paid. I have skin in the game: my income depends on your outcome. Only 5 spots available at a time.

  • How is this different from a generic career coach?

    I'm not a career coach who happens to cover CS. I'm a senior CS leader who has personally hired hundreds of CSMs and built CS teams from scratch. I know exactly what hiring managers look for because I am one. I run a CS recruitment business full-time, so I'm plugged into the market daily. No other coach offers that combination.

  • How long until I get a job?

    It varies, but most coaching clients see dramatically improved response rates within 2–3 weeks of overhauling their resume and positioning. Career Transformation and Pay-When-Hired clients get ongoing support and personal introductions until they land.  I don't set a time limit on that.

  • Is this only for people in Australia?

    You submit a recorded Customer Success call: an onboarding, QBR, renewal, check-in, or any other call. A senior CS leader with 10+ years of experience listens to it and scores it across 6 key dimensions: Goal Alignment, Value Delivery, Active Listening, Risk Detection, Next Steps, and Presence & Trust.


    Within 48 hours, you receive a detailed scorecard with scores, written feedback with timestamps, and a 5–10 minute Loom walkthrough.

  • Can I just book one session instead of a package?

    Absolutely. The single session ($150/60 min) is perfect if you have a specific question, need a resume review, or want a mock interview. No commitment required. Many clients start with a single session and upgrade to a package later.

  • What if I'm already in CS but want to level up?

    This coaching is primarily designed for people breaking into CS, but if you're a working CSM looking to move to a Senior CSM, Team Lead, or CS Manager role, we can tailor the sessions to focus on positioning for promotion, leadership skills, and interviewing at the next level.

  • Is the intro call really free?

    Yes, completely free. The 15-minute intro call is for us to chat about your background, your goals, and whether coaching makes sense for you. No pressure, no obligation. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.
