WHAT WE COVER

Everything you need to land a Customer Success Role

80% of CS roles are filled through referrals and direct introductions, not job boards.

If you're only applying online, you're competing for a fraction of the market.

We'll work together to build a personalised plan. Here's what we can tackle:

  • Personal introductions to CS hiring managers
  • Resume rewritten by someone who's reviewed thousands
  • Access to roles that never hit job boards
  • A recruiter who actually advocates for you
  • Mock interviews with a real CS hiring manager
  • Ongoing support until you land your role

WHAT WE COVER

     Simple. Personal. Effective

No courses to sit through. No fluff. A structured process designed to get you hired, not just coached.

Discovery & Assessment

We start with a deep-dive on your background, transferable skills, and career goals. I assess your CS-readiness and build a personalised roadmap, whether you're transitioning from support, sales, hospitality, or somewhere else entirely.

Resume & LinkedIn Overhaul

I help rewrite your resume and LinkedIn from a CS hiring manager's perspective. Not generic career coach fluff.  I position you the way I'd want to see a candidate presented if they were being submitted for one of my roles.

Interview Training

We run mock interviews using real CS scenarios,  onboarding a difficult customer, saving a churning account, running a QBR. I coach you on exactly what hiring managers are listening for, because I've been on the other side of that table hundreds of times.

Personal Introductions & Placement

This is where it gets different. I don't just coach you and wish you luck. I personally introduce you to CS hiring managers and companies in my network across Australia and APAC. Most of these roles are never advertised. When I intro you, you skip the job board queue entirely.

Ongoing Support Until You Land

I stay with you through the entire process — interview debrief, salary negotiation, offer evaluation. I don't disappear after our sessions. You get continuous support until you're in your new CS role.

         YOUR COACH

" I'm not a career coach who googled Customer Success"

I spent 10+ years in Customer Success, hiring CSMs across the APAC region and working  with tech founders as a CS consultant building CS programs for startups and scaleups.

I built Zoom's APAC Customer Success function and worked at LinkedIn training agency  recruiters on how to actually source talent. I've sat on both sides of the interview table hundreds of time

When I coach you, I'm not guessing what hiring managers want. I am the hiring manager.   I know exactly what gets you hired and what gets your resume binned

FAQ's

  • Do I need experience to break into Customer Success?

No. Many successful CSMs come from support, sales, consulting, hospitality, teaching, and other backgrounds. What matters is transferable skills like relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed. That's exactly what we help you position in your resume and interviews.

  • What does 'Personal Introductions' actually mean?

It means I personally email or message a CS hiring manager in my network on your behalf, recommending you for a specific role. You skip the ATS, skip the job board, and go directly to the decision-maker. Most of these roles are never publicly advertised.

  • How is this different from a generic career coach?

I'm not a career coach who happens to cover CS. I'm a senior CS leader who has personally hired hundreds of CSMs and built CS teams from scratch. I know exactly what hiring managers look for because I am one. I run a CS recruitment business full-time, so I'm plugged into the market daily. No other coach offers that combination.

  • How long until I get a job?

It varies, but most coaching clients see dramatically improved response rates within 2–3 weeks of overhauling their resume and positioning. Career Transformation and Pay-When-Hired clients get ongoing support and personal introductions until they land.  I don't set a time limit on that.

  • Is this only for people in Australia?

You submit a recorded Customer Success call: an onboarding, QBR, renewal, check-in, or any other call. A senior CS leader with 10+ years of experience listens to it and scores it across 6 key dimensions: Goal Alignment, Value Delivery, Active Listening, Risk Detection, Next Steps, and Presence & Trust.

Within 48 hours, you receive a detailed scorecard with scores, written feedback with timestamps, and a 5–10 minute Loom walkthrough.
