We take a hands-on approach and we're focused on delivering you results

We'll start by getting to know you and your business over Zoom or in-person to discuss your objectives and our capabilities. Why are your customers really churning? What does your customer onboarding process look like? Our vast industry knowledge helps to align what you’re looking for with our experience

We'll conduct a comprehensive review of your existing customer operations, engagement strategy, team structure and technology stack. We'll meet with your internal teams to gather additional insights into your current practice. The assessment will be used as a baseline for our tailored recommended action plan.

After we've prepared a current state report, we will provide you with a detailed recommendation action plan. These recommendations will cover team structure, processes, technology, metrics and your customer engagement strategy.


We'll roll up our sleeves and implement the recommended plan developing detailed tailored playbooks and templates for each stage of your customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption and retention).

Using our tailored playbooks is just the beginning. To ensure that we remained aligned with your evolving business goals and challenges, we offer an hourly or monthly advisory package. The minimum scope of work includes a weekly call focused on your needs. This work can include Customer Sucess strategy development, coaching and feedback, preparing your monthly board report on Customer Success or deep diving into a certain issue. We're your Customer Success partner for the long haul.

  • What is the duration and terms of SuccessEngine's service?

    Our audit and build engagement with tailored playbooks generally takes 4-5 weeks. Our ongoing hourly or monthly package starts from $750 AUD + GST a month and is an optional add-on service.

  • Do you work onsite?

    Yes, we work as an extension of your team during the engagement.
